Repeat Label Printer

Fill a sheet of paper with the same label and print it with cut lines. No special label paper required.

✨ What makes this different

  • No special label sheets to buy. Print the cut lines together with the labels on ordinary copy paper and cut them out.
  • Choose “crop marks only” and nothing is printed inside the label. Cut along a ruler and no guide line is left behind.
  • Use {n} for sequential numbers, or paste a list to make every label different — asset tags and a whole class of name badges from the same screen.
  • Correct your printer's feed offset in millimetres. Set it once and it is remembered for next time.

🪄 Good for

Back-to-school name stickers

Name large, class small, 40 to a page — enough for cups, bags and every pencil.

Craft fair price tags

Item name, price and a QR code to your shop. Print on thicker paper for tags that stand up.

Event name badges

Paste the attendee list and every badge is generated in one pass.

Asset numbers

Sequential stickers from No.001 so your inventory sheet and your shelves agree.

🔒 Everything stays in your browser

Neither the text you type nor the image you load is sent to a server. The sheet is composed entirely in your browser and printed with your browser's own print function. Settings are stored only in this device's local storage.

❓ FAQ

Do I need special label sheets?

No. This tool is built around plain copy paper: the cut lines are printed with the labels and you cut them out, then attach them with double-sided tape or glue. If you do use pre-cut label sheets, set the cut guide to “None” and match the label size and margins to the sheet's specification.

My print comes out shifted.

First check that the print dialog has Margins set to None and Scale set to 100% (not “Fit to page”). If it is still off, use “Test print (outlines only)”, measure from the paper edge to the first label with a ruler, and enter the difference in the printer offset fields.

Can each label be different?

Yes. Paste a list under “Numbering & mail merge” with one entry per line and each line becomes one label. Separate columns with tabs or commas and reference them as {1} {2} … — a copy from Excel or Google Sheets works as-is. Extra pages are added automatically when the list does not fit on one page.

Is anything I type or upload sent anywhere?

No. Everything is processed in your browser. The image is never uploaded; it is read locally and placed on the sheet.

  1. 1

    Write the content

Type the text for a single label. Each line can have its own size, and you can add an image or a QR code.

  2. 2

    Choose how many fit

Pick the paper and the number of columns and rows — the size of each label is calculated for you, along with the cut guide.

  3. 3

    Print and cut

Print with margins set to none and scale at 100%, then cut along the guides.

In the print dialog set Margins to None and Scale to 100% (turn off “Fit to page”), otherwise the sizes will not match.
